We start with a thorough assessment of your goals, body composition, nutrition, strength, fitness, and mobility—using methods inspired by elite sports training standards. Your journey begins with understanding where you are now and setting a clear path forward.

2. Personalized Training Program & Nutrition Guidance

You’ll receive a tailored training, nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation plan customised to your specific goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.

3. Weekly 1-Hour PT Sessions

I'll guide you through weekly 1-hour personal training sessions (1-4 times per week), closely monitoring your progress to ensure safe, steady improvements in fitness, strength, and endurance.

4. Bi-Weekly Progress Check-Ins

Every 2 weeks, we assess your progress and make adjustments to your nutrition and training as needed to keep you moving steadily toward your goal.

5. Monthly Training Program Updates

To prevent plateaus and keep you engaged, your training program is refreshed every 4 weeks. This ensures continuous progress and adaptation for optimal results.

Founder And Head Trainer, Luke Lawrence

Growing up all my family were overweight, besides myself and my brother. I don’t actually remember a time as a child that my mother wasn’t on a diet.

I knew something wasn't right about all this.

My whole life I’ve loved the human body, nutrition and health. Starting exercising as a kid riding my bike for an hour before school and then doing some sort of training after school. Cooking my own meals and packing lunches. 

I’ve gotten into every fitness environment you can imagine living in Thailand fighting Muay Thai, competing in strongman competitions, endurance sports and body building. 

Then something happened in my life, I was snoozing alarms, not eating well, not exercising. I got fat, depressed and so far from the person I viewed myself as. I lived through the experiences that so many of us face, understanding the complexities of how food helps us cope with so much in life.

I quit my job and studied for years on end and dedicated my life to helping others achieve long lasting health that impacts everyone around them.

Health impacts you in every way possible, your relationship with yourself, your partner, family and friends. It speaks a language unspoken of respect for oneself and gives confidence that is unmistakable.

Health is overly complicated, it doesn't need to be.
